The agent uses the profile display tool and can be selected by the supervisor. Training Finder can also redirect an action-plan elaboration request to this specialist when it is enabled for the tenant.

Development priorities use the user profile and identified skill gaps. Stored professional evaluations are not read or included in objective-generation prompts.

Profile summaries keep listed skills separate from interests and learning goals. For example, a profile listing Python and an interest in SQL can say exactly that; it must not group both subjects as skills already held. Sparse summaries omit padding about missing experience or unproven application, while preserving supplied skill records and their identifiers.

Ambiguous action-plan follow-ups use request_clarification_tool with options from the existing plan in interactive HTTP chat. Explicit profile-analysis requests still execute immediately without confirmation.
